- 1 Call Per Month (Unless Additional Calls Were Added to Your Contract)
Mastery Call Policies
Client Responsibility
- It is the client’s responsibility to schedule their monthly Mastery Calls.
- Calls are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Mastery calls do NOT roll over month-to-month.
- Calls that are not scheduled can not be used in the future.
- It is your responsibility to add the call to your personal calendar/schedule.
Last-Minute Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows
Champion Development is committed to serving and supporting our clients. Unfortunately, when one client cancels, reschedules, or no-shows to a Mastery Call, they prevent another client from receiving a call.
- If a client is more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled call, the call is considered a “No Show” and the client forfeits the call.
- Same day cancellation/reschedule/no-shows will result in a Call Penalty of $250.00. This will automatically be charged to your credit card on file and a forfeit of that call for the month.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your call, please contact ChampDev Support at (513-202-4292) or support@champdev.com at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled call time.
