How to Be a Great Parent with Jon Vroman

A lot of times the ideas of a “family man” and a “businessman” are treated as if they are diametrical opposites. It’s often hard for us to contemplate that the man who leads, protects and supports his family is the very same man who leads meetings, makes sales or runs a business. Why can’t a man be both? Or better yet, why can’t a man prioritize his family before his business?

For some reason, men in business are often considered businessmen first, with everything else, including their own families, coming in second. Jon Vroman is out to change that and his story is going to inspire you to look at your own circumstances and perhaps make some changes in your priorities.

Jon met success in his career early in life and by 29, had decided to change course and build a life that served others. This is when he started the wildly successful Front Row Foundation and making a difference in people’s lives, raising a ton of money and traveling a lot for speaking engagements.

Jon was on top of the world, until his wife fed him a dose of reality by telling him that he spent all his time making moments for others and didn’t take the time to make moments for his own family.

And that’s when Front Row Dads was born. Front Row Dads is a community of dads who want to deepen the connection with their families. Jon’s community has grown to OVER 200 dads spanning 12 different countries. The Front Row Dads movement helps dads figure out how to do it all – do well at work, take care of their families and take care of themselves.
