Fitness is a huge business.  It’s also a murky one.  It seems you are being presented with a new kind of workout everyday, not to mention tons and tons of new diets.

So, what does Ashley Randall have to say about fitness, health, and dieting?  The short answer is, “a lot.”

Ashley found her way into the fitness world early in life when taking some college classes made her realize that her love of athleticism could be a career.  While she is a walking poster child for healthy living, you might be surprised to learn that she doesn’t have an extreme approach when it comes to helping her clients get fit.  In fact, she believes that the best way to start your fitness journey is by taking small steps and building healthy habits first because that’s when sustainable shifts can happen.

So, instead of jumping into an aggressive workout routine after being sedentary for a while, Ashley would rather you start by committing to walking each day and building from there.

Ashley’s approach to living healthy is grounded, logical and most of all, accessible.  To her, the journey to lifelong fitness starts with good habits, an understanding of your goals, and mental fortitude.  Ashley’s insight is incredibly valuable, not just when it comes to fitness either.  She has some great advice when it comes to relationships too!  Don’t miss all Ashely has to say in our latest episode of The Better Than Rich Show.
